Return Policy

Returns

Printed patterns can be returned to us within 30 days of the purchasing date. The pattern must be in it's original, re-sellable condition. Used items may not be returned. Refunds are given in the form of store credit. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in returning the item to us. 

If the return is due to an error on our part, the product price and shipping cost will be refunded to you.

To complete your return, please contact us with notification that you are returning the item. Please provide your order number. 

Digital products are not eligible for return/exchange once downloaded.
