It will fit a baby 18"-20" chest if made using DK yarn. with 3.25mm & 4mm needles.
It can also be made with DK yarn using 3.75mm & 4.5mm needles to make it a size larger, or with Aran yarn using 4mm & 5mm needles to make it approximately 2 sizes larger.
Just follow the pattern exactly with the appropriate size needles.
